Before material calculations, BuildAHouse checks sheets and schedules for conflicting controlling values that can invalidate a budget.

AI is used to identify and normalize plan facts. Deterministic rules calculate supported quantities so results are repeatable and inspectable.

If required geometry, assembly details, engineering, or a governing revision is unavailable, the system returns TBD rather than a made-up answer.

This methodology is intended to improve early planning. It does not replace a licensed professional, final supplier takeoff, structural engineer, permit review, or construction contract.
